Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

Shipping Cost

We offer free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value.

Order Processing & Cut-Off

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday). Our daily cut-off time is 16:00 (EST). Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing on the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 6–9 working days, including processing and transit. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
